Qulity Control is department, which target is to achieve the highest standards while implementing the most effective work system. Our slogan is "continuous improvement and standardization." In our work we use well known quality tools such as 5S to monitor the work systematic, the analysis of 4M and 8D. In defect analisys we're using the "5 x why" method,trying to seek solutions as simple and effective as poka-yoke. Quality control is not only supervision but also rewarding initiatives with positive impact on offered products - "Eagle Eye" reward system and functioning KAIZEN method is proving greatly not only in adding value to our products, but also to the relationships between employees.
